When do you open?

How long can I keep the totes?
Choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. If you need longer, email us before your pickup day and we will extend for $15 a week when totes are available.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included within 20 miles of our base. Beyond that the fee is $15 or $30 each way, shown before you pay. More than 50 miles away, email us for a quote.
How many totes do I need?
10 for a dorm, studio or 1 bedroom. 20 for most 2 to 3 bedroom homes. 30 for 3 to 4 bedrooms. Not sure? Email us and we will help.
Are the totes cleaned?
Every tote is washed and sanitized between rentals.
Do I need a deposit?
No. Full payment is taken when you book, and that reserves your totes.
Can I cancel?
Cancel 48 hours or more before delivery for a full refund. Inside 48 hours the refund is less a $15 fee. Rentals are not refundable after delivery.
Is sales tax included?
Package prices are shown before tax. Florida sales tax for your county is added as its own line before you pay.
What if a tote is lost or damaged?
Scuffs and scratches are normal wear. A missing or destroyed tote is $20 and a missing lid is $10.
